හිසරදයට, සෙම්ප්‍රතිශ්‍යාවට, පපුවේ මහන්සියට, නළල්ලේ බෙල්ලේ දෙපස සහ පිටකොන්දේ වෙන්ඩෝල් බාමි හොඳින් ආලේප කර පොරවනයකින් ඇඟපත උණුසුම්ව තබාගන්න. පැය 1 කට වරක් මේ පිළියම් කරන්න. ඉක්මන් සහනය සඳහා වෙන්ඩෝල් ඛාළ ස්වල්පයක් පෑහෙන උණුවතුරට දමා ඉන් නික්මෙන ඖෂධීය වාෂ්ප හොඳින් ආශ්වාස කරන්න.

Directions of use:
